FYI: The newest post is actually below the Sunday post. I started writing the post on the museums on Sunday and didn't finish. But as I posted it, Blogger posted the date it as if I posted it Sunday...one of the many things Blogger and I disagree about-- they seem to make it nearly impossible to make the actual post look like the screen I see as I am creating it....GRRRRRR!
Also, thanks for all the comments....while being "across the pond" they are certainly appreciated!

Wonderful pictures and commentary! I'm glad you explained about the tie as I was beginning to question your taste in attire. Now I only question how anyone can complain about Heineken. KS
Heineken is so readily available in the US that its not a novelty to me. So far I haven't found a European beer that really blew me away, except for a few of the English ales...the search is still on!
Great pic's. Hope all is well. Safe to assume you haven't found any Oatmeal Stout from Aylward Brewing Company yet? I've been brewing for about 7 months. Its an acquired taste.....

No Aylward stout yet...I tried brewing this summer-- I wouldn't classify it a total failure because I learned that I like to drink beer much better than make it. Take care!
