Dez Mona

Went out last night to a really neat bar called Le Bourg. It is a really old cinema that has been turned into a bar and they usually have concerts there as well. Emma and I saw a band from Belgium called Dez Mona. They were kind of jazz sounding, but also very theatrical, dark and cannot really be categorized. Although they weren't the best the best band I've ever seen, it was really good to see live music and I had a really good time. And all there songs were in English. Midway through the concert the lead singer tried saying something in French, then with a frustrated voice asked the crowd if it would be ok if he just spoke in English....I definitely had to raise my glass to that.
